Justin Oland
Justin Oland is a second-generation public adjuster. He has extensive experience with mid to large residential and commercial claims. Justin has successfully assisted residential clients with varying degrees of damage and size, ranging from pinhole pipe leaks to fully involved fire losses within single and multi-family homes, penthouse co-ops, condominiums, and vacation beach homes. In addition to residential, he also brings expertise to a variety of commercial claims in industries such as hospitality, restaurant, and bars, major food distribution, builders’ risk, medical/dental, and retail stores.
Justin carries public adjusting licenses in Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas.
Justin currently resides in Commack, NY, with his wife, Meryl, and 2 sons, Jake and Zachary. He is a Board Member of Commack North Little League and is very active within the amateur baseball community coaching several baseball teams.
Mr. Oland is a member of the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) and was nominated in 2015 as a “Top 40 under Forty” Stony Brook University Graduate.

Michael Oland
Michael Oland has 47 years of public adjusting experience. He has an extensive background in loss preparation and adjustment for both complex commercial and large homeowner losses. Michael has represented clients within numerous industries such as; construction, education, health, hospitality, manufacturing, non-profits, real estate, retail, transportation, and warehousing with claims caused by fire, wind, water, flood, collapse, burglary, and vandalism damage.
Michael has handled claims throughout the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, and the Caribbean during catastrophic events. Prior to opening Oland Property Loss Consultants Ltd, Michael owned and operated another public adjusting and contents appraisal firm.
Michael currently resides in Plainview, NY, with his wife Paulette of 47 years. He has 2 married children, Justin and Jodi, and enjoys spending time with his 5 grandchildren.
Michael attended Long Island University and graduated with of Bachelor of Science in 1972. He is a Lifetime Member of the Deborah Hospital Foundation in Browns Mills, New Jersey.
